C. 24; 465 thoufand feven hundred and fixty-one fhall be or remain in the Receipt of the Exchequer, of the Surplufies, Excefles, Overplus Monies, and other Revenues compofing the Fund commonly called The Sinking Fund., (except fuch Monies of the faid Sinking Fund as are appropriated to any particu- lar Ufe or Ufes by any ASt or Acts of Parliament in that Behalf); and fuch Monies of the faid Sink- ing Fund fhall and may be ifllied and applied, as foon as the fame can be regularly ftated and afcer- tained, for and towards paying off, cancelling and difcharging fuch Loans or Exchequer Bills, In- tereft. Premium, Rate or Charges, until the whole of them fhall be paid ofF, cancelled and dif- charged, or Money fufficient for that Purpofe be kept and referved in the Exchequer, to be payable on Demand to the refpeclive Proprietors thereof.
