IV. And be it alfo enaded by the Authority aforefaid. That all the above mentioned Forfei- TTmenot7xc«di'"^ tures fhall be levied by Warrant under the Hand and Seal, or Hands and Seals of any Juftice or Months nor lefs thfn one Juftices of the Peace as aforefaid, by Diftrefs and Sale of the Goods and Chattels of the Owner or Method of Recover of' Owners of the Fifhing Ship, Sloop, Smack or other Veffel, whofe Mafter, Chief Officer or Mari- the Forfeitures aforefaid, ner as aforefaid, fhall be convicted of any fuch Offence as aforefaid, by any fuch Juftice or Juftices as aforefaid, or by Diftrefs and Sale of the Fifhing Ship, Sloop, Smack or other Fifhing VefTel or Veffels, whofe Mafter, Chief Officer or Mariner as aforefaid, fhall have been conviited of any fuch Offence as aforefaid, or of any Nets, Tackle or Furniture, as fhall belong to any fuch Fifhing Ship, Sloop, Smack or other Fifhing Veffel or Veffels, together with the Cofts of every fuch Diftrefs and Sale; rendering the Overplus, if any, after the Money forfeited, and the Cofts of every fuch Diftrefs and Sale, fhall be paid to the Perfon or Perfons ijuitled thereto. VI. And he it likewife enaded by the Authority aforefaid.
