And if any such officer or officers, deputy or Penalty ©o exe. ikputies shall execute his or their office or fore$t^!^*^* offices, before he or they hath or have been sworn as aforesaid, he or they shall forfek ten pounds respectively for every coinage, he or they shall execute his or their office or ' offices without being sworn as aforesaid; which said ten pounds shall be recovered by information or action in the stannary-court, and be levied upon the goods and chattels of the party so offending, one moiety thereof to the use of the King, or Lord Duke of Corn- wall, and the other moiety to the use of the person suing for the same. And in de&ult of such goods, he shall suffer imprisonment in the stannary-prison at Lostwythid, for the space of one month. 6. Item. Whereas it has been customary «.
