Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United }V°;lf,*;*:¤°¤ D¤*l°5’· States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ' Interior be and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pensionvlaws, the name of Williamson Durley, of Hennepin, Illinois, who was a private in the company of Captain George B. Willis, Fortieth Regiment, Fourth Brigade, First Division of the Illinois State Militia, and who served as such in the Indian war of eighteen hundred and thirty-two, known as the Black Hawk war, and pay to him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month from the date of the passage of this Act. ‘ Approved, June 3, 1896. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United miami; inenm- States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ‘°}‘L;,,,,,,,,,_ Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to cause to be placed upon the pen sion rolls of the United States the name of Elizabeth Richardson, mother of Robert F. Riohard on, late a private in Company - A, in the Eighth Regiment of Missouri State Militia Cavalry, and who was killed during the war, and pay to her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United {,*;;*:,j, é>¤¤¤· , States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase to the sum of twenty doHars per month the pension of James H. Jones, of Cusseta, Georgia, late of the Georgia Volunteers, Indian war. Approved, June 3, 1896. June 3, 1806. CHAP. 327.-An Act For the relief of Miss Juliette Betts. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United {,::3%: B¤¤=•- States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ' Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll of the United States, at the rate of twelve dollars per month, the name of Juliette Betts, the daughter of Hezekiah Betts, a Revolutionary soldier, said woman being now ninety-one years old and dependent. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United m;¤¤¤ Gwncy- States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the °°‘ Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll of the United States the name of Catherine Gaflney, widow of Michael Gailhey, formerly of Company I, Second Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and to pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month during her life.
