Approved, June 3, 1896. CHAP. 330.—An Act To pension Frances E. Wickware. J"" 3» 18*6- Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Con_qress assembled, That the Secretary of the F,,,,,,,,,,, E_ wich Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pen- wage- _ sion roll of the United States the name of Frances E.
