States be, and he is hereby, authorIZed and directed to adjust and settle the claim of Harry L. Parker, of the Department of Agricul- ture, in a sum not in excess o,f $117.48, representing the amount paid by him for transportation on a vessel of foreign registry and per dIem in lieu of subsistence while traveling on said vessel, durmg the period September 7 to 11, 1934.
