Private Law 89-308 AN ACT

For the relief of Maria Giuseppina Innalfo Feole.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Maria Giuseppina Innalfo Feole may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition l i e d in her behalf by Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Feole, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of the Act: Provided, That the brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. For the relief of Vernon M. Nichols.

Be it enacted by the Sen/ite and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Comptroller General of the United States is authorized and directed to settle the claim of Vernon M. Nichols, 8208 Valewood Court, Orangevale, California, for salary covering the period April 13, 1965, to June 12, 1965, inclusive, and for reimbursement of travel expenses from McCook, Nebraska, to Carmichael, California, incident to employment by the Bureau of Reclamation in the Job Corps program, and to allow in full and final settlement of the claim the sum of $1,752.36. Such amount shall be payable from the appropriation which otherwise would have been chargeable with the salary and travel expenses during the period in question. The Comptroller General of the United States is further authorized and directed to relieve Vernon M. Nichols from all liability to refund to the United States the sum of $65 expended in his behalf for airplane travel on April 12, 1965, from Denver, Colorado, to Sacramento, California.
