ORDINANCE
NUMBER 48

SECTION Ⅰ. The name of the Bureau of Mining and Industry of the Government of Korea is hereby changed to the Bureau of Commerce of the Government of Korea.

SECTION Ⅱ. The name of the Bureau of AGriculture and Commerce of the Government of Korea is hereby changed to the Bureau of Agriculture of the Government of Korea.

SECTION Ⅲ. All duties, functions, records and property of the Domestic Commerce Section and the Foreign Commerce Section of the Bureau of Agriculture are hereby transferred to the Bureau of Commerce.

SECTION Ⅳ. All duties, functions, records and property of the Finance Sub-section of the Agricultural Economy Section of the Bureau of Agriculture are hereby transferred to the Bureau of Finance.

SECTION Ⅴ. All duties, functions, records and property pertaining to lumbering and the processing of fish and marine products in the Lumbering and Processed Foods Sub-section of the Bureau of Commerce are hereby transferred to the Bureau of Agriculture.

SECTION Ⅵ. This ordinance is effective at 2400, 13 February 1946.
