Winton, Walter de, s. Jeffrey Wilkins, of Brecknock, co. Carmarthen, arm. Jesus Coll., matric. 1 April, 1800, aged 18; B.A. 1803, M.A. 1806, of Hay Castle, co. Brecon, and of Llanstephan House, Radnor, assumed the name of De Winton in lieu of Wilkins, vicar of Boughrood, Radnor, 1816, died 13 Nov., 1851.
