Winton, Walter de, o.s. Walter Wilkins, of Glasebury, co. Radnor, arm. New Coll., matric. 21 May, 1829, aged 19; of Maesllwch Castle, assumed the surname of De Winton in lieu of Wilkins by royal licence 6 July, 1839, M.P. Radnorshire 1835, until his death 28 May, 1840.
