Copyright Discussion

According to the discussion in Special:Diff/9467794#Works linked from Author:Sukavich Rangsitpol, I have sought to independently verify the source of the text given using various clues, and discovered that:

  • Duplicate with Journal Article above.

This means that most of the text are copyrighted by either UNESCO or the originating institute, and Sukavich or the people posting the content would likely not have the authority to do so, except an Announcement that establishes the Industrial Community Collage that is likely to be PD-Thailand (which requires copyedit and/or proper attribution since it's not the sole effort of Sukavich. --G(x) (talk) 07:27, 23 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

Wikilinks are possible in author pages

If these works exist elsewhere on the web as html pages, they you can add links to those works. If the works exist elsewhere in a scanned form, then you can utilise the template {{external scan link}} after the name of the work to link to that scanned copy.

It is not appropriate to run commentary or snippets of copyright works on their author page. That is not within our scope. — billinghurst sDrewth 21:28, 2 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

We have more than 500.000 pages. You'll need to specify which page. --EncycloPetey (talk) 19:50, 4 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
