Decision of the First Session of the Fourteenth National People's Congress on Establishing Special Committees Under the Fourteenth National People's Congress

(Adopted at the First Session of the Fourteenth National People's Congress on March 5, 2023)

Pursuant to the provisions of the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and of the relevant laws, the Fourteenth National People's Congress hereby makes the following decision at its First Session: Under the Fourteenth National People's Congress, the following committees shall be established, namely, the Ethnic Affairs Committee, the Constitution and Law Committee, the Supervisory and Judicial Affairs Committee, the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee, the Education, Science, Culture and Public Health Committee, the Foreign Affairs Committee, the Overseas Chinese Affairs Committee, the Environmental Protection and Resources Conservation Committee, the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee, and the Social Development Affairs Committee.
