Executive Order 933
The civil-service rules, Schedule A, Section III, War Department, is hereby amended by adding a new paragraph, to be numbered 11, and to read as follows:
- Civilian professors, instructors, and teachers in the U. S. Military Academy at West Point and in the U. S. Naval Academy at Annapolis.
