Executive Order 1268

Schedule A of classified positions excepted from examination under Rule II, clause 3, is hereby amended by the insertion of a new subdivision, to be numbered V, immediately after Subdivision IV, War Department, all subdivisions following to be renumbered accordingly:

V. NAVY DEPARTMENT.

1. Paymaster's clerks acting as principal clerks to general storekeepers at navy yards and naval stations.
2. Civilian professors, instructors, and teachers in the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis.

Paragraph 11 of Subdivision IV of Schedule A is amended by striking out the following words:

"and in the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis."
