Scan quality and partial missing page

The right side of page 5 (first page of Chapter I) is partly cut off in the scan. However, this seems to be the only available digital version online.

We could reconstruct the missing text (about ten characters) with other versions of the Chinese text (http://resolver.staatsbibliothek-berlin.de/SBB00002FB400000000) and mark it with Template:Reconstruct, but the romanized Hokkien would not be available for that part.
