Explanation of jump in page numbers edit
The page numbering in this copy jumps from iv to xi. This is because the Dedication, Half-title and Contents have been bound in a different sequence within the prelimary pages. See this copy for the correct sequence. The alternate scan is of poorer quality and this one is the better to work from. Beeswaxcandle (talk) 19:17, 7 November 2014 (UTC)
