@Jberkel: Just to note, there is what appears to be a complete text of this work at Hobson-Jobson. Those working on this may wish to investigate using Help:Match and split to migrate it to this scan (ping me or hit up Wikisource:Scriptorium/Help if you need help). The text has been created with outdated formatting (hardcoded page markers etc.)—so some modernisation will be needed—but otherwise looks like a good starting place to cut down on the effort of proofreading this work.
