Chapter links edit

Why are there no links to Chapters 16, 17 and 18? --Outlier59 (talk) 00:59, 14 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Fixed. The links hadn't been put in on the TOC page. Beeswaxcandle (talk) 05:57, 14 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Running Header edit

Beginning on page 14 in the book (djvu/20), most pages have the book title centered at the top of the page, and the page number is either left or right justified. I've added a running header to the index file, so this will appear when a new page is created. For each page, either the left or right page number in the header should be deleted. The page number and book title should not appear in the page body. --Outlier59 (talk) 15:06, 15 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

I'm not sure if this is the correct format for the page header --
{{{pagenum}}}
LIFE AMONG THE APACHES.
{{{pagenum}}}
I don't want to add more pages with this format if it's wrong. --Outlier59 (talk) 21:26, 15 October 2015 (UTC)Reply
@Outlier59: It is okay for an establishing framework, though as you noted, one will want to remove the superfluous page numbers prior to saving the page, if you wish to replicate the book. — billinghurst sDrewth 10:49, 20 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

First page of each chapter edit

Remove running header. In the page body, leave 4 blank lines, then center "CHAPTER x" in "larger" font size. --Outlier59 (talk) 15:06, 15 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Also, please leave 2 blank lines between "CHAPTER x" and the hanging indent smaller section, and leave 2 blank lines between the hanging indent section and the start of the chapter text.

Watch for small caps in the start of the chapter text. The chapters all seem to begin with a word or two of small cap text. --Outlier59 (talk) 00:06, 21 October 2015 (UTC)Reply
