Pages 96 and 96 are out of order in the scan, but judging from evidence in the scan, the two pages are out of order in the volume itself. There is a faint outline of sticky tape in the crease between pages 95 and 97, suggesting that the original leaf bearing pages 95 & 96 fell out and was inexpertly reattached. --EncycloPetey (talk) 02:50, 10 March 2017 (UTC)
