Templates for section labels and links

The section labels use {{gobpline}} (a custom variant of {{pline}}).

• In the scans, the labels are on the out side of the text; in the transcription, the labels are always on the left.
• The section labels are aligned with the pipe character | in the middle of the line.

Ref groups
