Style guide

• As always, WS:MOS is to be followed
• Chapter 1 can be used as an example for formatting pages in subsequent chapters
• Quoted passages that are in a smaller font are rendered using {{fine block/s}} / {{fine block/e}}
• I have moved images within a chapter to the end of the chapter in transclusion (see Chapter 1) - I have also excluded pages that are images of a letter folded up, when there are also images of the letter unfolded. If you change this practice, please ensure to update all previously-completed images accordingly.
• Every full document (including letters) that is quoted in full within this work, should have a top-level redirect to it, or should be listed on the relevant {{versions}} page, and furthermore should be linked from the author page of the document's author.
