Berks, high sheriff 1857 and a chairman of quarter sessions, high steward of Reading, assumed the surname of Benyon in lieu of his patronymic by royal licence 1854, a student of Lincoln's Inn 11 Nov., 1833 (then aged 21), called to the bar 23 Nov., 1837 (3rd but 2nd surviving son of late William Henry Fellowes, Esq., of Ramsey Abbey, Hunts, dec.); born 17 Nov., 1811; married 25 March, 1858, Elizabeth Mary, 2nd dau. of Robert Clutterbuck, Esq., of Watford House, Herts, and has issue.
