Bere, Esq., bar.-at-law); born 9 July, 1824; married Aug., 1852, Cecil Henrietta, dau. of Capt. T. W. Buller, R.N., of Strete Ralegh, Exeter, and has issue (see Foster's Peerage, B. Churston).
