Curwen, Henry Fraser, J.P., D.L. Cumberland, served with 56th regt. in Crimea and in Indian mutiny, a student of the Inner Temple 14 Nov., 1861 (then aged 27), called to the bar 6 June, 1864 (eldest son of Edward Stanley Curwen, Esq., of Workington Hall, Cumberland); born 19 April, 1834; married 30 April, 1863, Mary Anne Susan, youngest dau. of late Col. Charles Christopher Johnson, and has issue (see Foster's Baronetage).
