Coll., Dublin, gold medallist and third senior moderator in mathematics and physics 1847, a student of the Inner Temple 20 March, 1849 (then aged 22), called to the bar 7 June, 1853 (2nd son of Robert Fowler, Esq., of Rathmolyon, co. Meath); born 8 Oct., 1826; married 23 May, 1877, Elizabeth, eldest dau. of Samuel Law, of Kilbarrack House, co. Dublin.
