Ruggles-Brise, Archibald Weyland, undergrad. Trin. Coll., Camb., J.P. Essex, master of East Essex foxhounds, a member of the South-eastern circuit, a student of the Inner Temple 12 Jan., 1874 (then aged 20), called to the bar 13 June, 1877 (eldest son of Col. Samuel Ruggles-Brise, of Spains Hall, Essex); born 2 April, 1853; married , 1876, Mabel, eldest dau. of Octavius Edward Coope, Esq., M.P., of Rochetts, Essex, and has issue.
