Historical Society) 1858, admitted to United States bar 1875, junior counsel to Board of Trade 1880–3, commissioner under the Municipal Corporations Act 1882, member of council of the Corporation of Foreign Bondholders, added the final e to his name, a student of the Middle Temple 30 April, 1858, called to the bar 17 Nov., 1864 (only son of Thomas Samuel Snagg, of London, solicitor, and of Dublin, M.A.); born 3 Jan., 1837; married 10 April, 1866, Maria Frances, elder dau. of Edward John Morgan, Esq., of St. Petersburgh.
