Order of the Head of the Council for Democratic Reform

Re: Organisation of agencies and distribution of duties and responsibilities


In order that the operation of the Council for Democratic Reform proceed in a systematic and efficacious manner, agencies and duties shall be organised and responsibilities shall be distributed as follows:

1.Organisation: The Headquarters of the Council for Democratic Reform consists of four agencies, namely—

1.1.the Council for Democratic Reform;

1.2.a Secretariat General;

1.3.a Board of Advisors;

1.3.a Special Affairs Division.

2.Distribution of duties and responsibilities:

2.1.The Council for Democratic Reform has the duties—

2.1.1.to carry out the public administration for the utmost benefit of the Nation and the people and in line with the policy designated by the Council for Democratic Reform;

2.1.2.to direct, control, and supervise the operation of the ministries, subministries, and departments under its responsibility in a manner allowing them to fulfill the needs of the public as well as possible.

2.2.The Secretariat General—

has a Secretary General of the Council for Democratic Reform as its supreme commander and is responsible for administrative works and for screening statements, orders, announcements, or any other documents which are to be published for general knowledge, before they are introduced to the Head of the Council for Democratic Reform.
