2.3.The Board of Advisors has the duty—
to provide advice to the Council for Democratic Reform with respect of all security policies requested or initiated by the Council for Democratic Reform.
2.4.The Division for Special Affairs—
has a Secretary General for Special Affairs as its supreme commander and has the duty to direct or coordinate the activities in accordance with the orders of the Council for Democratic Reform.
