and proceedings shall be carried out to establish a Police Commission according to the Royal Thai Police Act, 2547 BE within sixty days from the effective day of this Announcement.
Whilst there is still no Police Commission under paragraph 1, the persons forming the Police Commission under the Announcement of the Council for Democratic Reform No 18 dated the 22nd day of September 2549 Buddhist Era shall serve as the Police Commission for the time being.
