Article3.Proceedings shall be carried out to newly recruit and appoint [the Members of] the State Audit Commission and the State Auditor General in accordance with the Organic Act on State Audit, 2542 BE within ninety days from the day the State Auditor General under article 2 of the Announcement of the Council for Democratic Reform No 12 dated the 20th day of September 2549 Buddhist Era as amended by this Announcement vacates office.
Whilst there are still no State Audit Commission and State Auditor General under paragraph 1, the State Auditor General who has vacated office by virtue of paragraph 1 shall continue to perform the duties of the State Audit Commission and State Auditor General for the time being.
