he has the right to be compensated and given back all the rights he lost as a result of the said judgment. This shall be in accordance with the conditions and procedure prescribed by the law.

Section37.No forced labour shall be exacted, save by virtue of the power under a provision of law and only for the purpose of averting a public disaster that arises urgently, or by virtue of the power under a provision of law which permits it during the time the Country is in a state of fighting or war or during the time a state of emergency is announced or martial law is promulgated.

Section38.Persons have freedom in their dwellings.

Persons enjoy protection for peacefully residing in and occupying their own dwellings. Entry into a dwelling without consent of its occupant, or search of a dwelling, shall not be made, save by virtue of the power under a provision of law.

Section39.The right of a person to property is protected. The bounds and restriction of this right shall be as prescribed by the law.
