Persons have the equal right to use communications provided as public service.

Section47.Persons have the freedom to travel and the freedom to choose their abodes within the Kingdom.

These freedoms shall not be restricted, save by virtue of the power under a provision of law and only for the security of the State, or public peace and order, or public welfare, or town planning, or youth welfare.

No Thai national shall be deported out of the Kingdom.

Section48.Persons have the freedom to carry out occupation.

This freedom shall not be restricted, save by virtue of the power under a provision of law and only for the security of the State or economy of the Nation or for public peace and order or good morals, or public welfare, or town planning.
