Local chief executive officers or local executive board may be elected through direct and secret ballot or elected by local assemblies from amongst their own members according to the provisions of law.
The criteria and methods for the elections under this section shall be as in the law thereon.
Section218.The Constitutional Tribunal is composed of nine Constitutional Justices selected from amongst competent persons by the National Assembly, the Council of Ministers, and the Judicial Commission under section 210, three per each organisation.
The Judicial Commission shall be the first to select Constitutional Justices and shall notify the National Assembly and Council of Ministers of the selection results. After the National Assembly has carried out its selection, it shall notify the Council of Ministers of the selection results. After the Council of Ministers has carried out its selection, the Prime Minister shall submit the names of all the selectees to the Monarch for
