appointing them as Constitutional Justices. However, this shall be finished within sixty days from the day the Members of the House of Representatives are elected.
The Constitutional Tribunal shall select a Constitutional Justice to serve as its President.
In the event that the President is absent or unable to perform duties, the Constitutional Justices shall elect one amongst themselves to serve as the president of the meeting in question.
Section219.No Constitutional Justice shall be a Senator, Member of the House of Representatives, government official with regular office or monthly salary, state enterprise official, or local official.
Section220.The Constitutional Justices will be given official allowances and other fringe benefits according to the provisions of law.
Section221.No person shall hold an office of Constitutional Justice for two consecutive times.
Section222.A Constitutional Justice retires from his office upon—
(1)the opening of the first session of the National Assembly after a general election;
