(3)resignation;
(4)becoming a Senator, Member of the House of Representatives, government official with regular office or monthly salaries, state enterprise official, or local official;
(5)being adjudged to imprisonment.
Section223.When a position of Constitutional Justice becomes vacant, the National Assembly, Council of Ministers, or Judicial Commission which selected the retired Constitutional Justice, as the case may be, shall select a Constitutional Justice to fill the vacancy.
Section224.Once any bill has been approved by the National Assembly, before the Prime Minister presents the bill to the Monarch for His signature according to section 89—
(1)if Members of both or either of the Senate and House of Representatives numbering not less than one fifth of the total number of both chambers find that the bill according to paragraph 1 contains a passage which is contrary or repugnant to the Constitution, they shall submit their opinion to the President of the National Assembly, President of
