the Senate, or President of the House of Representatives, as the case may be, and the President of the chamber to whom the said opinion is submitted shall send the opinion to the Constitutional Tribunal for its consideration and ruling and shall notify the Prime Minister for his knowledge;

(2)if the Prime Minister finds that the bill according to paragraph 1 contains a passage which is contrary or repugnant to the Constitution, he shall send such opinion to the Constitutional Tribunal for its consideration and ruling and shall notify the President of the National Assembly, President of the Senate, or President of the House of Representatives for his knowledge.

Whilst the Constitutional Tribunal is considering and ruling upon the bill according to paragraph 1, the Prime Minister shall terminate the process of its promulgation until the Constitutional Tribunal gives a ruling. If the Constitutional Tribunal rules that the bill contains a passage which is contrary or repugnant to the Constitution, the Prime Minister shall then send the bill back to the National Assembly.

Section225.When a court is to apply a provision of law to any case, if the court finds that the provision of law falls under the provisions of section 6 and there is no ruling of the Constitutional Tribunal regarding such provision yet, the court shall defer
