the trial and adjudication of the case temporarily and send such opinion through official channel in order that the Constitutional Tribunal would consider and rule upon it.

Rulings of the Constitutional Tribunal shall be applicable to all cases, without prejudice to court judgments which have already become final.

Section226.Rulings of the Constitutional Tribunal shall be deemed decisive and shall be published in the Royal Gazette.

Section227.The procedure of the Constitutional Tribunal shall be set out in a law.


Section228.The Constitution shall only be amended in accordance with the following criteria and procedure:

(1)a motion for amendment must be from the Council of Ministers or from Members of the House of Representatives numbering not less than one fifth of the total number of the Members of the House of Representatives;

(2)the motion for amendment must be submitted in the form of draft constitutional amendment and shall be considered by the National Assembly in three readings;
