Section231.In a referendum organised for the people to vote in accordance with section 229, a majority of votes shall govern. If the public resolution is in favour of the draft constitution, the Monarch would then sign it within thirty days from the day of announcement of the referendum results, and such constitution shall come into force upon its publication in the Royal Gazette. If the public resolution is not in favour of the draft constitution, the draft constitution shall lapse.
Section232.In the initial period, the Senators under the provisions of this Constitution will be appointed by the Monarch on the day of the election of Members of the House of Representatives under section 233.
Section233.An election of Members of the House of Representatives under the provisions of this Constitution shall be held and finished within one hundred and twenty days from the day of coming into force of this Constitution.
Section234.From the day of coming into force of this Constitution to the day of the election of Members of the House of Representatives under section 233, the National Legislative Assembly under the Charter for Administration of the Kingdom, 2515
