Buddhist Era, shall act as the National Assembly under the provisions of this Constitution, and the provisions of section 102 and section 103 shall not be applied to the holding of positions of Members of the National Legislative Assembly according to this section.

Section235.The Council of Ministers handling the government affairs of the State on the day of coming into force of this Constitution, or a Council of Ministers established before the election of Members of the House of Representatives under section 233, if any, shall become the Council of Ministers that handle the government affairs of the State under the provisions of this Constitution, and the provisions of section 179 and section 180 shall not be applied to the holding of ministerial positions according this section.

Upon the election of Members of the House of Representatives, the Council of Ministers under paragraph 1 shall retire from office but it must remain in office to continue working until a new Council of Ministers is established.

Section236.As long as no provision of law has been amended or no new law has been enacted to enable men and women to have equal rights, but not over two years from the day of coming into force of this Constitution, the provisions of paragraph 2 of section 28 shall not be applied.
