Section237.As long as no provision of law has been amended or no new law has been enacted to enable the local administration to proceed in line with the provisions of section 214, section 216, and section 217, but not be over two years from the day of coming into force of this Constitution, the provisions of the said three sections shall not be applied.
Section238.All the orders given by the Prime Minister by virtue of the power under section 17 of the Charter for Administration of the Kingdom, 2515 Buddhist Era, which are still in force on the day of coming into force of this Constitution, shall continue to be in force. Their repeal or modification shall be effected by acts.
