Section2.This Act shall come into force from the day following the day of its publication in the Royal Gazette onwards.
Section3.The Order of the Council for Democratic Reform No 5/2549 dated the 20th day of September 2549 Buddhist Era, Re: Ordering the Ministry of Information and Communications Technology to control the dissemination of information through information and communications technology systems shall be repealed.
