The President of the House said, "Luang Saeng proposed that the term 'House of People's Representatives' in this section 6 be amended to be 'Parliament'. The meeting's approval is that the original name be kept intact. Accordingly, there is no further amendment to section 6, apart from the request of the President of the Constitution Drafting Subcommittee that the phrase 'divine royal' be removed so that the section be read as 'The Monarch exercises the legislative power by and with the advice and consent of the House of People's Representatives'."
As for section 8, most of the Members agreed with the request that the phrase "divine royal" be removed. Thus, the meeting confirmed section 8 to be as such.
The meeting took a noon break at 12:45 hrs and was scheduled to hold an afternoon session at 14:00 hrs.
