I.BE it Enacted, by his Excellency the Palatine, and the rest of the true and absolute Lords Proprietors of Carolina, by and with the Advice and Consent of this present General Assembly, now met at Little River, for the North East part of the said Province, and it is hereby Enacted, Gvovernor to appoint Coroners for every precinct, by CommissionThat there shall be one able an substantial Freeholder appointed, to be Coroner in every Precinct which now is, or hereafter shall be laid out within this Government; which Officer the Go-vernor
