Relocation
This routing will begin west of St. Charles at the intersection of former By-Pass U. S. 40 and run easterly with a newly constructed section of Interstate Route 70, bypassing St. Charles, to the interchange with By-Pass U. S. 66 near Pattonville, thence north with By-Pass U. S. 66 to former By-Pass U. S. 40 (also S. R. 115) at Bridgeton. Portions of present By-Pass U. S. 40 wi11 be marked S.R. 94 and S. R. 115 and a small section will be unmarked but will serve as a Frontage Road for Interstate Route 70.

This routing will be over a newly constructed section bypassing the City of Mansfield beginning about 3 miles west of Mansfield and extending about 3 miles east of the city.

This routing would be over former U. S. Route 60 through the City of Mansfield from a point about 1 mile west of the city limits to a point about 3 miles east of the city.

This routing will be over a newly constructed section of a controlled access highway (Interstate Route 35) bypassing the business areas of the City of Claycomo between the interchange of present U. S. 69 and Alternate U. S. 69 on the south and the interchange with U. S. 69 and S. R. 10 on the north.

This routing would extend the route over former U. S. 69 through Claycomo to the interchange north of the city at State Route 10.

This routing would be over a controlled access section of Interstate Route 29 between the junction with U. S. 24 1n Kansas City (Paseo and Independence Boulevards) and the interchange with present U. S. Route 71 north of Riverside, bypassing the congested areas of North Kansas City and Riverside.

This routing would be over city streets in Kansas City from a point south of U.S. Route 50 to U.S. Route 24 (6th Street Trafficway) former U. S. Route 71, thence west with U.S. 24 to the interchange at the south end of the A-S-B Bridge, thence northerly along the route of former U.S. Route 71 to present U.S. 71 (Interstate Route 29) north of Riverside.
