Relocation of U.S. Routes 23 and 119 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Routes 23 and 119 and a newly constructed facility at Dorton, then northeasterly over the new facility to the intersection of present U.S. Routes 23 and 119 at Robinson Creek.
MARYLAND
I-97 and I-197 Renumbering ACTION WITHHELD	Renumber as I-68 presently designated I-97 from the intersection of I-95 northeast of Washington, D.C. to the intersection of I-197 west of Annapolis. Also, renumber as I-68 presently designated I-197 from the intersection of present I-97 west of Annapolis to the terminus of I-197 west of Annapolis.
MICHIGAN
Establishment of I-69 APPROVED[1]	Beginning at the intersection of U.S. Route 127 and a new facility north of Lansing, then westerly over the new facility to the intersection of present I-96 northwest of Lansing.
Extension of U.S. Route 12 APPROVED	Extend U.S. Route 12 from the present terminus at the intersection of SR 3 in Detroit. then south over SR 1 to the intersection of U.S. Route 10.
Relocation of U.S. Route 31 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. 31 and a newly constructed facility near Pentwater, then south over the new facility to the intersection of present U.S. Route 31 southeast of Pentwater.
Relocation of U.S. Route 131 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 131 and Eight Mile Road near Stanwood, then west over Eight Mile Rosd to the intersection of a new facility, then south along the new facility to the intersection of present U.S. Route 131 northwest of Howard City.
