חידוד, חדוד m. (חדד) 1) the effect of the sharp edge, cut. II, 5 ח׳ לו ויש and (the lid) has a pointed knob (which prevents the use of it separately as a receptacle). Ib. ח׳ לו ואין (ed. Dehr. חדוד ואינו, v. חדד). (Ar. קרא של ה׳ . . .) and they inserted a piece of a. pumpkin shell, and he recovered. Kel. III, 5 הכרויה ק׳ ח׳ R. S.
