Bath. 66a דאורייתא דש׳ מכלל this would indicate that the disqualification of a bath through an addition of drawn water is Biblical law.

שאילה f. (שאל) 1) (with שלום, or sub. שלום) saluta- tion, greeting. Y. Ber..V,9a שלום שאילת משיב אויה במלכי as regards gentile kings, you may answer the greeting (during prayer). Y. M. Kat. III, 82a bot. שלום ש׳ זו רשות של איגרות 'letters of a secular characte' (ib. III, 3), that means, social correspondence. Macc. 23b (בשם) שלום וש׳ and nsing the name of the Lord in salutation. Shebu. 32a, a. fr. לרב תלמיד שאילת כדי as much time as is required for the disciple to salute the teacher (רבי עליך שלום); כדי לתלמיד הרב ש׳ as is required for the teacher to salute the pupil (עליך שלום); a. fr. -- 2) borrowing.
