LAWS OF ARIZONA

Section 1. Act No. 64, Session Laws of the Twenty-Second Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Arizona, and all amendments thereto are hereby repealed.

Section 2. All Acts and parts of Acts in conflict with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

Section 3. This Act shall be in force and effect from and after its passage.

This Bill having been returned by the governor, with his objections thereto, and after reconsideration, having passed both houses by two-thirds vote of each house, has become a law this 15th day of February A. D. 1909.

AN ACT

Abolishing the Office of Public Examiner.

Be it Enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Arizona:

Section 1. That an Act entitled “An Act to Create the Office of Public Examiner, and prescribe the Duties thereof,” and Numbered forty, Session Laws of the Twenty-third Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Arizona; Be, and the same is hereby repealed.

Section 2. All Acts, and parts of Acts in conflict with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.
