deliver the same to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, taking his receipt therefor and said Clerk upon receipt of such cancelled bonds, shall file the same in his office and report the same to the Board of Supervisors.

Section 8. The bonds issued under the provisions of this Act shall be in the following form, to-wit:

MOHAVE COUNTY COURT HOUSE.

Bond No day of A. D.190 $1000.

On the 2nd day of January, A. D. 1939, the County of Mohave, in the Territory of Arizona, promise to pay the bearer at the office of the Treasurer of said County $1,000 in gold coin of the United States, with interest at the rate of five per cent per annum from date until paid; interest payable semi-annually in like gold coin, on the 2nd day of January and July of each year, according to the coupons hereto attached, for value received.

Section 9. The Board of Supervisors of Mohave County shall, within sixty days after this Act is in force, adopt a plan for the building of a Court House for said County, the cost of which Court House shall not exceed in the aggregate $30,000 which said Court House shall be in one building; the Court House to include court rooms and such offices for county offices as such Board shall deem necessary, and file such plan with the Clerk of said Board. To obtain such plan the Board of Supervisors may, if they deem necessary advertise, by publication in some newspaper published in the county, that they will receive plans for such Court
